Paul Eyres

Paul is an experienced executive, having achieved senior roles early in his career at Ernst & Young, the City of Melbourne and The Victorian Department of Treasury & Finance. While having a finance background Paul realised in his late 20s that his passion lay in organisational strategy and business improvement.

Through Paul’s post-graduate studies in Innovation & Service Management and opportunities to work in corporate planning and business improvement roles he was able to extend his skills and understanding in how organisations are led and managed. Paul then took the opportunity to apply these capabilities to a broader range of organisations by establishing Eyres & Associates in 2004.

Paul is passionate about creating space for people in organisations to have moments of genuine insight – about themselves; about business issues; about plans and strategies for the future. Paul helps individuals and groups to clarify their thinking and generate new insights that build their confidence to take action.

Paul’s key capabilities include:

Melanie Eyres

Melanie was a corporate executive very early in her career, becoming Divisional Accountant (Senior Finance Professional) of ICI Pharmaceuticals at 24 years of age, before going on to work on a joint McKinsey - ICI project team that led to the creation of Orica and subsequently working in corporate planning prior to the age of 30.

However, despite this corporate success, Melanie still harboured dreams of teaching. Melanie has a passion for facilitating learning and enjoys working collaboratively with people to help them build knowledge, skills and insight.

Through the establishment of Eyres & Associates in 2004 Melanie has been able to leverage her strong commercial and business background with her passion for facilitating learning to design and deliver customised leadership and development programs and provide one-on-one coaching services. Melanie has a highly facilitative approach and enjoys working collaboratively with people to help them build knowledge, skills and insight.
